The Challenge
Q, set over two floors just moments from Old Street station, launched in 2019 with an aim of disruptive the entertainment industry. An elegant lounge occupies the ground floor, while an intimate, futuristic club awaits below, where you’ll find world-class DJs and entertainers.
An extraordinary venue calls for an equally extraordinary digital presence. As a brand-new concept, this venue needed a comprehensive brand identity from the ground up. We delivered a full brand pack, a dynamic CMS website complete with seamless booking functionality, and a robust marketing campaign to ensure its launch made a lasting impact. Every detail was designed to reflect the venue's unique vision and capture the imagination of its audience.
Our Solution
Over two years, our campaign encompassed a range of disciplines. Starting with brand creation, we crafted a comprehensive brand deck, then extended the style guide across the website, Q App, social media, video templates, and promotional materials.
The Q Website features a robust CMS, powering events, menus, private hire, paid media funnels, and e-commerce for bookings, packages, and vouchers.



Integrated Booking System
We worked alongside the team at DesignMyNight in the creation of a fully customized booking system that seamlessly integrated with Collins, their bespoke table reservation software. It needed to accommodate various event formats while streamlining booking management across events, private hire, and dining, significantly improving efficiency for the venue.
